Madagascar is a very special and unique African country. It is a very diverse country with long driving hours and challenging roads, however, as a reward you will see different species of lemurs, baobabs, colourful chameleons, zebus, rice fields, rainforests, deserts, beautiful beaches and you will have the opportunity to meet friendly Malagasy people.
Madagascar is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. A mixture between Asia and Africa, with a variety of cultures and tribes, each with its own unique customs and traditions.
Madagascar's major environmental problems include deforestation, habitat destruction, and agricultural fires.
